In this part of the workshop, you gain clarity on whether a private structure is appropriate for your specific business, practice, or community, and just as importantly, when it is not.
Many PMAs fail not because private structure doesn’t work, but because people apply it blindly, using templates or online advice without understanding fit, scope, or boundaries.
This section clarifies what private structure actually supports, what it does not replace, and where people unintentionally recreate public exposure while believing they are protected.
This is about discernment, not belief. Foundational knowledge first, before structure is chosen.
PART 2: What a PMA Actually Does (and Does Not)
Where do I even start?
There is an overwhelming amount of conflicting information online about private operation, PMAs, faith-based organizations, and jurisdiction. Much of it is incomplete, contradictory, or based on templates rather than knowledge.
This part of the workshop provides clarity on what private structure actually consists of, such as the role of private agreements, member relations, and self-governance. without relying on shortcuts, loopholes, or legalese.
